It has been rather easy to maintain while waiting for the new bottle of HCG drop to arrive from Las Vegas HCG.com ! I was surprised that the scale still said 194.4 this morning!
I decided to make a huge pot of :Diet Soup (mostly veggies and is only 45 cals per serving) to have on hand and eat while I was waiting for the new drops. It is pretty filling and tastes delicious.
Were is that Mailman????
Can you share the recipe for the 45 cal/serving soup? Sounds good! WTG on maintaining...that is the hard part =)
